Known on social media platforms as PloogNation, Steve Vanderploeg is a comedian, writer and producer based in Denver, Colorado. Steve is a club regular at the world famous Comedy Works and has been featured as “Comedian of the Week” on Today’s Comedy 99.5 HD2. Steve’s punchline heavy off- dry antics combined with his deep gravely voice have led him to be a favorite up-and-coming comic nationwide. He has performed on over forty comedy festivals across the country including Limestone, High Plains Comedy Festival, SF Sketchfest, 10,000 Laughs Comedy Festivall Treefort Music Festival and The Fest. Steve is also the founder of a brewery themed touring comedy show known as Rotating Tap, which includes awards such as Westword’s Readers Choice for Best Comedy Night in Denver.
