Summer Solstice Healthy Summer Expo

We are excited to offer a great new event focusing on health and wellness presented by 3 different wellness experts coming to present thoughts and ideas to keep us at our best. There will be different presentations during the day along with time to talk with experts in wellness. El Buen Taquito will also be with us serving food.
-Revitalize Athletics is a hybrid mobile and clinic-based Physical Therapy practice that serves the west Denver Metro Area. We offer orthopedic rehabilitation and pelvic health services including postpartum rehabilitation. We help our clients overcome pain and/or injury and optimize movement to allow them to return to the active and adventurous lifestyle they seek!
-Native Skincare and Massage is a one-on-one wellness space in Lakewood, CO offering customized massage, facials, and holistic skin + body care. What makes it different? I don’t just treat symptoms—I help you understand what your body is telling you and how to feel better between sessions. It’s self-care with purpose, not just pampering.
