We plan to release new styles on a monthly basis, holding back a barrel or two of fermented beer for experimentation’s sake. Flavors, additions, blends and even barrel-aging are all fair game with a brewery our size, so expect frequent updates to our tap list. Description: We used Voss Kveik (Norweigan Farmhouse yeast) to create a hoppy American Farmhouse ale with notes of pineapple, Pinot Blanc, and orange peel.
