Sandwiches served on New York City style rolls and heroes, baked daily! Owner Brian Murphy had his first job in upstate New York at a local deli before attending Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach. That’s where he found his love for food, moving to Denver to open a Chopped Cheese food truck. Chopped cheese is a type of sandwich originating from New York City. Found in bodegas throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, THE CHOPPED CHEESE is made on a grill with ground beef, onions and topped by melted cheese and served with lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments on a hero roll.

Ground beef with grilled onions topped with our homemade marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese, lettuce and tomato.

Ground beef with grilled onions and ham, topped with melted Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard, lettuce and tomato.
Dirty Water Dog
A NYC classic, boiled Sabrett hotdog cooked perfection topped with yellow mustard $5.00. Add sauerkraut or onions for $1.00.
The Hamptons BBQ
Ground Beef smothered in BBQ sauce with grilled onions topped with melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato and bacon.
