Bits & Pieces Con Cerveza is a 100% gluten free food truck specializing in coastal Mexican influenced cuisine, fulfilling foodies and hungry customers alike. The truck offers dishes using high-quality ingredients with a variety of meats, vegetables, flavors, textures, and sauces, complimenting our passion for coastal Mexican cuisine. Our tortillas are made from Chef’s recipe out of Roasted HATCH, New Mexico Red & Green Chile’s!
