Buenos Nachos

Nachos and Quesadilla food truck serving the Denver Metro area. Tracy and I have always found common interest in spending time together and eating Nachos. Then one day we decided our Nacho Recipe was to good to be lost forever in the family cookbook and it needed to be shared with the world.
Loaded Nachos: 7 or 9 inch, Beef or Chicken
- Black Beans
- Olives
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- Salsa Chives
- Jalapenos
- Queso
Quesadillas: Beef, Chicken, Cheese
- Queso
- Salsa
- Additional Toppings
Chips: Queso, Salsa, Guacamole
