Cyndy has been passionate about cooking since age 5. Today, she and her husband operate a “food truck bus” and catering business, serving customers homemade fare cooked the way her Grandmother did. On the bus you can expect to find:
Sandwiches: Hamburger, Turkey, Veggie, Chicken and Cubanos
Plates: Deep-Fried Mac & Cheese, Chicken Tenders in a Waffle Cone, Chicken Wings and Nachos
Hot Dogs, Grilled Cheese, Grilled BLT and Daily Specials
Sides: Poppers, Cheese Sticks, Breaded Mushrooms, Tater Tots, Fries, Onion Rings, Chips and Deep-Fried Cheesecake

Weather and many other factors could change our food truck schedule in ways we can’t reflect in real-time on the website. Of course, we’re always here to serve your favorite beer alongside locally-sourced soft pretzels and assorted snacks. Or order from your favorite restaurant for delivery to the Brewery.
