Local Denver food truck specializing in smoked grilled wings, Fire balls! (Grass fed chicken meatballs with scratch made sauce and fresh cut fries.) Colorado Green Chili and Colorado BBQ! All made from scratch. Always Gluten-free.
Smoked, Grilled Wings: organic chicken wings, slow smoked, grilled and tossed in your favorite signature sauce.
Colorado Fries: fresh-cut, brined potatoes smothered with smoked pork or vegan award-winning green chili. A rotating blend of Pueblo and Hatch green chilis, tomatillos and caramelized onions.
Nachos: pork, vegetarian or vegan green chili smothered on 3 cheese covered fresh fried corn chips with cilantro crema on top.
Fresh Cut Fries and Cheese Fries: large basket of fresh cut fries or a specialty cheese fry.
Award-Winning Green Chili: smoked pork or vegan green chili, roasted tomatillos, tomatoes, caramelized onions with optional melted cheese and crema.
