A local food truck bringing the great taste of poutine to the people of Colorado!
O.G. Poutine: fresh, hand-cut fries topped with mild, melty chunks of cheddar cheese curds smothered with delicious, homemade gravy.
Poutine Burger: grilled bun, french fries, hamburger patty, curds and gravy.
Colorado Poutine: fresh, hand-cut fries topped with melty curds, shredded cheddar cheese, crema, lettuce, tomatoes and pork green chile (made with Pueblo peppers).
