Ramon and Bradley’s Food Truck, bringing delicious, traditional Mexican food to the Mile High City.
Quesa Birrias: shredded beef, cheese, consommé, cilantro, onion, chilie toriado and caramel onion.
Fajita Chicken Taco: cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, chipotle cream, fajita mix, guacamole.
Fajita Steak Taco: cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, chipotle cream, fajita mix, guacamole.
Veggie Bowl: veggie mix, rice, lettuce, pico de gallo, guacamole.
Fiesta Fries: pico de gallo, guacamole, chipotle cream, grilled cheese, choice of meat (asada, adobada, birria).
Street Tacos
Hawaiian Taco: marinated pork, onion, cilantro, pineapple.
Carne Asada Taco: grilled onion, pico de gallo, cilantro, guacamole.
Chorizo Taco: cilantro, onion.
Adobada Taco: marinated pork, onion, cilantro.
Veggie Taco: veggie mix, onion, cilantro, queso fresco.
