“Laissez les bon temps rouler!” A French-Cajun phrase that embodies our mission and philosophy. Sauvage will always strive to embody the phrase: “let the good times roll!” We truly believe life is a gift, and always strive to appreciate and enjoy the small things in life! Let us present to the Front Range of Colorado, from the swamps of southern Louisana, the spirit of Sauvage! Sauvage is the passion project of Chef Forest Ragar. A Louisiana-native, with a passion for developing new plant based flavors, and serving the community using local, farm fresh ingredients. Within Sauvage, we are committed to elevating the standards of plant based cuisine, and always having fun doing it!

It is with the wilderness, the raw, spirit of nature, in which we seek to reconnect and to commune. It is rigid, relentless at times, but this is also source, this is creation. In this balance, is from where our art comes, where our freedom lies, and where our soul can be traced. Let us share the flavors of the wild with you!
