Prime Brisket: Prime brisket rubbed down with our signature Swine Candy rub and smoked with cherry wood for 14 hours!
Ribs: Meaty 3.25 LB and down, seasoned with our signature Swine Candy and smoked over cherry until magic happens
Pulled Pork: Whole Pork shoulder seasoned with Swine Candy and smoked with cherry wood for 14 hours
Chicken: Cherry smoked, spatchcocked whole chicken seasoned with Swine Candy
Turkey Breast: Cherry smoked turkey breasts smoked until tender and super juicy!
Whole Turkey: Cherry smoked spatchcock whole turkey 15-18lb bird.
The Boss: 1/3 LB prime brisket, Green Chili Queso, fresh jalapeno, vinegar slaw, and pickles on a bun
Meat Head: 1/4 LB Brisket, 1/4 LB Pulled Pork and pickles on a bun
El Diablo: 1/3 LB Pulled Pork, tomatillo salsa, and fresh jalapenos on a bun
Colo-Bama: 1/3 LB Pulled Chicken, Green Chili Queso, Dill Pickles on a bun
Brisket Sandwich: 1/3 LB Sliced Brisket, side of pickles and onions on a bun
Pork Sandwich: 1/3 LB Pulled Pork with onions and pickles on a bun
Chicken Sandwich: 1/3 LB Pulled Chicken, pickles and onions on a bun
Mac N Cheese Bowl: OG Mac n Cheese, Green Chili Queso, 1/4 BBQ of your choice, wweet BBQ sauce, tomatillo Salsa, fresh jalapeno
BBQ Nachos: 1/3 LB BBQ Meat of Choice: Chicken or Pork, (Add Brisket for $2) Green Chili Queso, Black Beans, Scratch BBQ Sauce, Tomatillo Salsa, Fresh Jalapeno on Tortilla Chips
OG Mac n Cheese: Monterrey Jack and White American got together to create the cheese sauce for our original Mac n Cheese
Green Chili Mac n Cheese: 505 Green Chili and our famous White Queso sauce over Macaroni Pasta
Vinegar Slaw: Crunchy and fresh vinegar slaw, second to none
Cherry Smoked Beans: Cherry smoked beans placed under our ribs as they cook
