Denver might be landlocked, but now the fresh and classic taste of Hawaii’s most iconic dishes is hitting the scene. Stokes Poké, a fun mobile poke joint in the form of a funky beach-style 1978 VW Bus & Kiosk serving delicious, affordable food:
Spicy Poké Bowl: Ahi cubed & marinated in spicy sesame oil, tossed in spicy mayo and masago, with scallion crown and sesame seeds on rice.
Shoyu Poké Bowl: Ahi tuna cubed & marinated in tamari and sesame oil with scallions, sesame seeds and sweet onion over rice.
Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Bowl: Shredded chicken breast marinated in barbecue sauce with thinly sliced red onion and grilled pineapple over rice.
Aloha Chicken Bowl: Grilled boneless chicken marinated in our special Aloha sauce. Topped with grilled pineapple, green onions over rice.
Shoyu Tofu Bowl: Tofu cubed & marinated in tamari and sesame oil with scallions, sesame seeds and sweet onion over rice.
Kalua Pork: Slow cooked pork roast seasoned with Hawaiian sea salt.
Sides and Extras: Island-Style Mac Salad and North Shore Tacos.
