Stupid Awesome Bus

Stupid Awesome is an up-and-coming food truck devoted to serving refreshing, classic sandwiches. Their selection includes:
Tenderbelly Club: featuring Tenderbelly pit ham and thick cut bacon, turkey, American cheese, basil aioli, crispy onion strings, tomato and spinach on a hoagie roll.
Briney Boy: house-cured and applewood smoked pastrami, mozzarella, fried egg, fresh jalapeno, grilled onions and spicy brown mustard on marbled rye.
Banh Mi: Asian marinated grilled chicken, pickled carrots, Sriracha, garlic aioli, cucumber, jalapeno, spinach and cilantro mix on a roll.
Cowboy Taco Trio: slow-roasted BBQ pulled pork, melty cheese, Dr. Pepper-braised cabbage, pickles and tomato on corn tortillas.
Old Reliable: thin-shaved beef, onions, peppers, mozzarella, American and a hint of garlic aioli on an Amoroso roll.
Veggie Frenzy: housemade avocado hummus, cream cheese, spinach, pickled carrot, bell pepper, onion, tomato and cucumber on a jalapeno cheddar tortilla.
