Food Truck: Tulas TapasTula’s is named after my Grandma Tula and the small kitchen that provided sustenance for our bellies and our hearts. She cooked tasty food from scratch with quality ingredients, and so do we. We create plates without pretense or borders, but with passion. Our goal is to make you feel at home on the street, at your catering or during your event, much like I felt as a boy in Tula’s kitchen. We support our local growers and producers and source from them whenever we can. We believe that community and the relationships we build within are what makes all of us successful. So probecho, buon appetito, bon appetít, or dig in and remember, in any language, a full stomach means a happy heart!

THE COÑO – 16.50 – Smoked mojo pork with deli ham, pepperoni, Swiss cheese, habanero pickles, mustard and mayo grill pressed on Telera bread
THE WILBER – 13.20 – Smoked pork belly “gyro’ with Rebel Farms romaine, white beans, avocado, cucumber, tomato, pickled onion, and buttermilk vinaigrette on grilled flat bread
THE PEYTON – 15.40- Brine and burn chicken breast flat grilled, sliced and topped with marinara, fresh basil, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella on a split brioche roll
THE REMY – 17.60 – Slow cooked boneless short rib smoked with Tula’s dry rub and molasses sliced over baked potato salad with chimichurri sauce
THE VINCENZO – 12.10 – Smoked eggplant layered with fresh tomatoes, basil, marinara, scamorza and fresh mozzarella over Rebel Farms arugula with peperoncini sauce
THE TULA – 14.30 – Brine and burn chicken thighs flat grilled and chopped over moros y cristianos topped with house Tinga sauce, sheep’s skyr, scallions and cilantro

TULA’S TOTS – 5.50 – House tinga sauce and Greek yogurt
CONFIT WINGS – 8.80/14.30 – Chicken wings brined and slow cooked in mojo fat, sweet chili seasoning (5 or 10)
COCCOLI – 9.90 – Coccoli fried pizza dough pillows topped with Greek yogurt, torn prosciutto and balsamic reduction, Rebel Farms romaine
PIRI PIRI – 12.10 – Piri Piri African dish of spicy shrimp, sauteed with garlic, peanuts and chili oil, cilantro and grilled flat bread

THE DARK CRYSTAL – 6.50 – Peanut butter mousse topped with berry compote and whipped cream, ladyfingers and candied bacon
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE – 6.50 – Chocolate Mousse, fresh blackberry, almond cantucci
KEY LIME CURD – 6.50 – Lime curd, fresh blueberry, amaretti cookie
