Two local gals who absolutely love creating crepes for customers using only the finest ingredients, all made while you wait.
Sweet
Ouray Creme Brulee: Creme brulee in a crepe! with caramel drizzle and sea salt.
Yuma Yummy Nutty Fruity: Nutella spread with choice of fruit: sliced bananas or strawberries.
Central City Cinnamon: Cinnamon filling of yumminess – cream cheese, cinnamon, brown sugar.
Denver Dude: Carmel, chocolate and sea salt – dude, it’s so good.
No Name Crepe: our choice, with powdered sugar, caramel or chocolate chips
Savory
Gluten-Free Crepe: add $1
Salida TAB: Turkey breast, fresh avocado, topped with brie cheese.
Durango Roast Beef “Un-Dipped”: Sliced Roast Beef, Sharp cheddar with an au jus spread (add Horseradish)
Pikes Peak Pizza: Marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese (add Pepperoni $1.00)
