What can we serve you today? The crew at 6 and 40 Brewery all share the same passion for continuous improvement. Whether it’s adding a few points of horsepower or balancing the output, we won’t stop until the pint in your hand is the best drink you’ve had today. Until we pour you another glass.
We plan to release new styles on a monthly basis, holding back a barrel or two of fermented beer for experimentation’s sake. Flavors, additions, blends and even barrel-aging are all fair game with a brewery our size, so expect frequent updates to our tap list. Tell us what you like and dislike and watch the menu grow with you over time.
