Description: 90 weight is commonly used a very thick gear oil in vehicle gear boxes and rear ends aka third members. This provides good lubrication for metal gears and parts that may get very hot while performing their job. This thick oil provides good film strength for wear and oxidation resistance and protection for metal parts in extreme conditions.
